This is all we know (148 of 365)

Welcome to day 148 of the 365 day poem challenge.

Word of the day poultice meaning;
"a soft, moist mass of material, typically consisting of bran, flour, herbs, etc., applied to the body to relieve soreness and inflammation and kept in place with a cloth."

This is all we know

In the sky that day
Storm clouds Ravens black
Blackness dark everything
Pause heart arrests
Stuck still staring
Up

Hide frozen thunderclap
Terrify beautiful ominous
Sunset maroon dawning
Arrested alert attentive
Down

Poultice revise repair
Upset surprise despair
Late jaded optimist
Haunted hopeful human
Up
